Sa believes that a loving, educated, and intentional approach to parenting shapes our children’s environment in a positive way, helping them to mature and fulfill their unique human potential.

She and her family live and love in Burlington, Vermont.

"Our family sought Sa’s expertise for frequent night waking we were experiencing with both of our children. Sa provided us with a foundation to connect with our children and tools to help them identify and express their emotions. The strategies she provided us with solved our issues and brought our family closer, and were fun to implement.

Additionally, Sa is an amazingly kind and wonderful person to work with; she listens and picks up on every detail, she is calm, non-judgmental, and approachable.

We cannot speak highly enough of our experience working with Sa."

“Working with Sa is a true pleasure!  She has such kind and gentle energy and creates a welcoming space to share the joys and challenges of parenting.  Her knowledge about ways to strengthen relationships in the family is immense, and she shares the reasoning behind her suggestions to empower families to choose their best approach.  Sa creates a strong sense of community and support, and my family enjoys and benefits from our time spent with her.”

“I was lucky enough to join a baby massage class with Sa over Zoom. Being postpartum during Covid left a lot of room for connection to other parents (and humans). We looked forward to the class each week as both an opportunity to build a new parenting skill and to have such a warm and inviting forum to connect with other moms and talk through parenting challenges. Sa provides great knowledge and comfort to help navigate parenting with a bit more grace. We are so thankful for her and the class.”
