Pregnancy Dialogues

Pregnancy Dialogues: Begin bonding with your baby before birth.

During this 6-week course, pregnant mothers have the opportunity to connect with their babies in the womb.

Pregnancy dialogues create a deep prenatal bond that studies show can “baby blues”, symptoms, and infant crying time, while supporting easeful sleeping patterns, feeding issues, and other attachment challenges. Your confidence as a mother will grow as you learn to differentiate your own needs from your child’s, and to develop skills that allow you to tend to both.

Birthstories: Healing birth experiences through storytelling.

Giving birth is a powerful experience. Pregnancy, childbirth and motherhood were historically honored as a rite of passage, but we can miss the opportunity to complete our heroine’s journey, and to come out of this challenging and miraculous experience whole.

This 6 weeks circle gathering provides a safe space to explore the emotional and physical impact of birth using storytelling, guided visualization and other healing techniques. We will find peace and understanding for ourselves and others. Through this process we also discover new ways to deepen family connections and bonding.

Time & Location: Wednesdays 9:30-11am, beginning April 29th (no class 5/13&20) 2026 for 6 sessions in Charlotte, VT
